Not as good as the Note 9 version.

I bought this case to go with my new phone. When I received this case and put it on the phone it doesn't appear to protect the screen nor the back camera lense. There just isn't much of a buffer between flat surfaces and my device. If I would have known I would have went with the defender series. Over all I love OtterBox and I have ALWAYS bought them for my phones with no complaints. This is my first disappointment and it's frustrating I'm going to have to buy another case at 60 dollars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not My Fav OB Case

I have bought 10 Otterbox Phone cases through the years whenever I upgrade a phone because they work at protecting my phones. But this particular Case is disappointing, it's flimsy on the sides and there's no hard shell on the first half of the sides to keep my Samsung Note20 Ultra protected. The lack of lighter colors for this particular phone is also an issue. So I had to purchase a light pale like Pink case, not very appealing. I miss the darker Berry and Pink or Red Cases OB used to have.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my 3rd Otterbox Commuter case and it is the best I've used. Otterbox Commuter is the first thing I buy right after I get a new phone. I tend to be clumsy and it has saved me from expensive repairs many times.
