Terrible purchase

The product is terrible. I have a guy cut the lawn, and go behind him a day later, and it will not cut Bermuda grass at all. Leaves spots even after three passes. No way enough power to do anything,

Sun Joe 24V Cordless Push Reel Mower

I love that I don’t have to use gasoline for it and that it comes with a battery and a charger. It’s so easy and light to push. I get my yard finished so much faster than I used to since I got my new mower!

Broken reel

Just started using my 24V-CRLM15 about a month or so ago and the reel has broken. Took a good look at it and doesn’t seem to be repairable. Which I hope isn’t the case. Searched the website/ other sites and could find a replacement reel.
Yes it got caught on some mulch a couple of times but nothing that should have cased it to break the way it did.
Love using this machine as it cuts the grass nice and short. Any suggestions sun joe?

Exceptional product.

Push powered reel mowers blades slowdown, when you slow your push. This causes uneven cutting and stripes the grass, a bad look. Not this machine, the Sun Joe ion max keeps the blades spinning at high rpm’s for a really nice cut. This unit is perfect for my small Bermuda yard. The bagger is awesome too.
