"LOW SALT" ALERT COMING ON IN ERROR

The "low salt" alert keeps coming on even though the salt is at the recommended level of 3500ppm. And when this happens it stops making chlorine, so now I have to buy chlorine and add it by hand.
MAYBE they will reach out to me with a solution?
