We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung CU7000 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Wi-Fi being slow and the YouTube app not performing well. Please try the below troubleshooting steps to help resolve these issues.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

Sound going out.

Bought this TV about 8 months ago and the sound has started going out, not sure what is going on. Waiting for Samsung to verify my warranty so I can get it fixed but it seems way too early for something to go wrong with it. Otherwise a great TV.

Great picture, awkward remote control

bought this to replace a samsung tv that i bought in about 2007. great picture, very clear and bright. the remote and the navigation is a bit awkward, the remote's functions are not at all obvious and require a certain amount of experimentation. i run the sound through my stereo system and needed to get an adaptor to convert the optical signal to an analogue one, but once i did that it was fine. the tv speakers are pretty bad.

Great TV -Good Price

I've now had this TV for several weeks and seems to have a good picture and fair sound quality from the built in speakers.I also have it hooked to Samsung sound bar (5.1) and the TV can send Athmos decoding to the sound bar through E-ARC HDMI. For the price , this is all the TV most people will need.

Remote difficult to use.

It was not intuitive to push the volume and channel buttons for changing from the side rather than the top. The rep kept using the word toggle instead of push which did not make sense on a remote. Vocabulary is still an issue between generations and different first languages. Please add the word PUSH to instructions.
