[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been in love with my 50 inch Crystal Ultra HD4K since i bought it. It has a great picture and sound. It was easy to hang on the wall, I had no problems with the install. Only thing bad is the remote that comes with it. I wish it was alittle bigger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A little slow on transitioning apps. Loading time is fabulous. Lightning speed. Use TV for streaming apps alot and it seems the.platform was previous generation. Picture is amazing. The settings feature could use a different platform. Hard to navigate.

If you are experiencing issues with slow transitioning between apps, I recommend performing a cold reboot on the TV. To do so, hold down the power button on your Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

Spectacular Viewing Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This T.V. is on different level in terms of quality viewing experience. Very easy to use and it's got the latest features. On time software updates. Chromecast using samsung dex is extremely helpful and I can use this as a monitor as well using my S23 Ultra. I would definitely recommend it and it's worth the cost.

MAN CAVE SMART TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is perfect for my man cave. It's a 2nd bedroom where I can watch movies and YouTube videos. I can select my cable tv box, online subscription services, YouTube, or my computer with ease. It is very easy to connect everything to it. I even upgraded to a Samsung sound bar and it sound good. When This tv is an impressive monitor when I am using my computer. Bright colors with a sharp looking picture. I haven't encountered any significant downside when using this tv. The problems that I did have was easily corrected after I did my research and read the owners manual.

Love the Samsung TV app

I was so disappointed in this TV. Install was easy, picture was amazing. Software has too many bugs. Auto screen controls shorted out and lost picture after a week. Screen went black could her sound, which was weird as no apps were open. Return it and went with another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible TV with horrible remote

It's a horrible TV with a horrible remote. The remote is useless. If you want to change the channel, you have to go through the pain of pressing buttons multiple times. The remote has a color button but not sure what its is usage and it is not explained anywhere. Turning the close caption ON and OFF is another pain area. You can set the close caption position but it won't stay. Remote is smart but useless. My ten-year-old remote has better usability than this smart remote.
