Picture is ok. Not happy with sound. Remote is too small and hard to use.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with the CU7000 TV. Your feedback regarding image quality is essential to us and will be shared with our internal teams. Please try adjusting the below image settings to improve your picture.
First, go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.
For sound adjustments, go to Settings> All Settings> Sound.
You can also learn how to use your remote directly from your TV. Just go to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide.

Great Picture and Ease of Use

like the picture which has good viewing angles. and great color. built in speakers do a decent job. remote is user friendly and compact but wish it was easier to scroll through tv program guide one channel at a time rather than jumping multiple channels at a time which is a bit disorienting. overall though, it's a great tv for a really good price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great picture

Overall happy with the tv. Picture is very good. Software is a little wonky at times. Just plan on a sound bar as sound is tinny in large room. Disappointed it does not have the art frame option as it says online. Seems like this membership club model got that feature nixed. I get a lot of compliments on the beautiful picture the tv has. This is my first Samsung tv in 20 years and I'm happy I chose this one. Let's hope it lasts longer than my last one which made 18 months.

Fantastic sound and picture

I looked for a 55 inch television for a long time. Finally had to choose between a Samsung and an LG. Decided on the Samsung because of the speakers. I made the right choice. I use sound bars on my other televisions. I have a Bose sound bar on my 75 inch television. The speakers on this television sound about as good as that sound bar. Very pleased with my purchase

Only needs an audio tone control !

got it to replace my 11 yr old Samsung plasma tv , which worked flawlessly til it died ! It's a beautiful picture,
much lighter weight than the old plasma, and so far the only thing I can complain about is that I wish it had an audio tone control ! No bass or treble adjustment. Need that to adjust between some shows due to audio variances.
