Terrible remote control functions

I purchased a 43 " CU7000D tv to fit in my bedroom armoire. This is my 4th Samsung tv and I will not buy another. The remote control and the tools for this tv are the problem. You cannot directly access a tv channel. You have to scroll through the options. I love the Samsung TV plus channels but there are over 300 of them.
I use over the air channels. The tv picked up far fewer channels than I can get by manually scanning for them. I have not seen an option to rescan.
If my older 40 inch tv had Samsung tv plus, I would banish the new one to a guest bedroom.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Please know you can quickly access your CU7000 TV's Number Keys by pressing the Settings/Number/Color button (below the power button) on your remote, and you can select a specific channel from there.
To rescan for local channels, go to Settings> All Settings> Broadcasting> Auto Program.

could be better

purchased this a month ago, happy with the quality, however, trying to connect other devices to it are sometimes impossible, ie cd players as an example, even with conversion kits, still having trouble connecting, other than that, pic is beautiful

Great picture! Need voice remote control!

I bought this TV 2 weeks ago. Great picture. Navigation is quite cumbersome. TV built in July 2023 with a remote without voice control. Why not? Sure would make navigation easy. Old is new

Love how easy this thing operates ! Simple remote is the best !! I only have one issue, I wish it came with the 4 screws to mount it to a wall mount !

I had another TV that was so thin, you were afraid to move it. We decided to get the CU7000D and let me tell you what a world of difference it has made. The color and sound without a sound bar are amazing. It feels like a sturdy TV and everything about this Samsung TV Screams "LOOK AT ME".
