Beautiful Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is the best I have ever had. All the Pictures are Crystal clear . The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the sound will turn off sometimes and I need to unplug and start again. The sound does not go very loud but with a sound bar it is great. Also,I think it could be friendlier to the user but I am a bit challenged anyway. Overall I liked the TV so much I bought a second one. My husband loves watching the Games on it.

We appreciate you sharing details of the sound issue you’re experiencing on your CU7000 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps I recommend trying if this happens again.
1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.
2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output.
3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.

After initial turn on it was almost plug and play.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I customized the color adjustment to my eyes as all the other features were correct or ready to go after attaching the cords and associated cables (sound system, Roku, HTMI).
The Smart feature allows me to watch over the air TV. Many of the streaming services are there at a push of the remote button
The surround system seems to integrate much better as the sound quality is better than from my last set, surround -wise .
Most of my viewing is broadcast TV. Some streaming movies and Youtube

Clear picture, limited functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I guess I should start by saying that I'm an Android developer and therefore my criticism is going to be a little harsher than most just based off of that factor. Samsung TV is the most restrictive Smart TV on the market. You can't really download most of the third party apps due to the fact that it runs on Tizen, which unlike every other smart television on the market cannot run most APKs or Smart TV apps. The limited amount of apps that they do have in the app store seems to be mostly junk and filler and I'm pretty sure a few of them are just cleverly disguised phishing apps; especially apps that claim to help you share your devices screen to the television which is a standard feature built into Samsung TVs.....
I guess what I'm trying to say is, despite it's excellent base model, the lack of customization, lack of administrative control, and lack of developer accessibility honestly makes this the worst TV I own. If you're not planning to use it for any kind of development or going to try and put third party apps on it it's probably the best TV on the market. I just like to do more with my devices. I'm also upset with my Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra because of the same type of restrictions. I still use my OnePlus 10 pro even though it's got an equal amount of restrictions on it I managed to bypass them and can't on this Samsung for whatever reason. So congratulations on making your security tight, maybe make that optional in the future and you'll have the devs money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung tv has a really clear , crisp picture. Sometimes the sound is not as clear as other times . We plan on purchasing a Samsung sound bar to help.
Also sometimes the streaming on Samsung plus takes a few more seconds to load than other apps. Not enough to be annoyed about. Other than that, it seems to be a great TV for the money.

Dynamite picture quality

The hook up to external devices such as HDMIs and communication with the receivers lack some attention. having to re-recognize devices, time and time again. the TV doesn't always say passcodes for internet use.

Great outdoor tv
