Great quality but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the tv its self is great however it has horrible delay from the remote buttons to the action on the tv. Other than that I have had no issues regarding the tv. It also is amazing mounted on the wall.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with remote response time. To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

It's amazing, great functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my TV for music, TV , movies , gaming... I love it. Is smooth, fast with a very intuitive! Easy to connect to everything from wifi to phones and games. Great sound system. The colors and ratio, contrast are all amazing .
I looked through many other TV brands and compared. Hands down Samsung all the way.

Also my kids enjoy playing games with the Xbox app this TV eliminated the need to buy a gaming console. Best TV ever!!!

What I did not anticipate was the WOW factor. This made watching tv, movies and sports fun again. I have to say the family was truly satisfied.

We were between the Samsung and a cheaper tv from another brand but we are so glad we went with the Samsung. The quality isn’t to be compared!
