My Samsung Crystal UHD TV is beautiful to watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV for Streaming nature and travel programs from around the world. I am unable to travel on my own and my Samsung TV allows me to feel like I am in so many exotic and beautiful places right from my living room chair!
The colors and depth of picture is extraordinary for a Television and I am so happy to have the Samsung Crystal UHD to enjoy every day. I live in a small residence so the 43” size is perfect for me. The sound on this Samsung TV is perfectly bold and defining.
Samsung is definitely my go to brand of television!

Love my new Television.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for watching television programs, sports and streaming movies. The picture is great and really makes the football game look like I’m at the stadium.
For steaming movies and television shows the built in streaming apps are great. The television connects easily to my WiFi network and there is no buffering problem when I watch programs or movies.
Overall I’m very happy with my Samsung Television and have recommended Samsung to my family and friends.

Love this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently moved into a new house and wanted to put a tv above the fireplace. 55” was the largest that would fit. We already had a 65” Samsung like this model. The 55” is excellent. It fit the space perfectly and this tv rocks. It is fast and very responsive. The picture is crystal clear with no jitter. In fact we haven’t noticed a problem with it yet. The sound is clear and plenty loud for the space that it is in. I would highly recommend this tv.

Overall my tv is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my tv to stream movies and for video gaming. I love the picture quality. Everything is so bright and clear. The sound quality is not so great. I find myself having to increase the volume atleast to 25 to able to hear somewhat clear. Even then it's difficult to hear. The remote is simple and I like not to many buttons and is easy-to-use.

It's great to hear that you are enjoying your new Samsung CU7000 TV for streaming movies and playing video games. If the volume on your TV is not loud enough, please try adjusting the below Settings:
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

Needed a smart TV to switch from cable

Our previous Samsung served us well and knew we would be satisfied with the features this model offered. Our family was "cutting the cord" and needed a model that enabled an easy transition to streaming. We are not disappointed.

Cost effective and performance piece, this fits the budget and expectation. There are more expensive models and I may ascend to obtain one in the future, but for now, this is the center of my living room and I could not be happier with its production.
