Picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is Fantastic! But what do you expect from the multi-talent Samsung brand.
It looks great in my living room, the size I have been missing - bigger is always best!
The features on the tv is also great too as well! The well thought menu in settings are easy to follow and allows you to customize further than my other brands.
Fan of Samsung, but now I am an investor in them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the direct ethernet connection. Streaming from phones is flawless. Also using the DeX feature from a phone is a great option. All the apps you can want are native on the OS of the TV. I use Hulu the most and with the direct ethernet connection there is never any buffering or lag. The screen quality is amazing with perfect clarity. I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The television has had many problems, including repeatedly turning off and on, requiring multiple restarts and power cycles. I would not recommend this television to anyone looking for a new television.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung CU7000 TV. I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV turns on and off repeatedly.
Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:
1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection.
2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable.
3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.
If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will likely need service. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution or replacement. Such a nice picture. hi tell everybody to buy a Samsung. They are the best. We put ours on the wall on a special bracket which makes it look better.
