Little disappointed in user experience. More complicated to use than our Roku tv. But excellent picture quality poor quality sound.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this new feature that i can connect alexa on my tv. Also the remote control is so cool as it has only fee buttons to choose from. Also, the balance and contrast of the television is perfect, you can choose a theme for your preference.

I feel the startup could be a bit faster, but overall it's a great device with great video quality!

Vibrance range is amazing and it as all the apps support that I need! I can even pair my galaxy buds with my TV when I want to enjoy a movie alone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has exceeded my expectations at the low price point. Also with game pass built in I don’t need a Xbox. This is awesome. The gaming picture on this tv is 100% worth it a bit bright but you can adjust it .

My husband I bought this TV three weeks ago to replace another Samsung TV that we purchased 6.5 years ago and that had worked flawlessly since. The only reason we bought a new one was because our older one would not supposed certain apps (Apple TV, PBS Passport, etc) that we wanted to use. We love the slightly larger size of the new TV and the picture clarity.

Horrible remote

Second Samsung I’ve purchased. Pleased with the TV however the remote is horrible. It’s small and buttons are difficult to identify because print is so small. The lack of actual number buttons on the the remote makes it cumbersome to use. Will never purchase another Samsung TV again without checking out the remote.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback on the CU7000 TV Remote. Please know that many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust the volume, and to MUTE the sound, you need to PRESS it in. If that same button is pressed for more than 1 second, the Accessibility Shortcuts appear. You can find more information regarding the remote on pages 24-26 of the full user manual.
You can learn how to use the Samsung Smart Remote. Home> (left directional button) Settings Support Remote Control Guide Find details on how to use the Samsung Smart Remote. Press the menu to use a variety of functions of the Samsung Smart Remote.
