Great picture and very easy to setup

I am extremely pleased with this TV everyone who has watched has stated how picture perfect the movies even the black and white’s appear

Lousy remote control

The picture is great, however I hate the remote. Too small, and hard to understand how to use.

Please know that many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust the volume, and to MUTE the sound, you need to PRESS it in. If that same button is pressed for more than 1 second, the Accessibility Shortcuts appear. You can find more information regarding the remote on pages 24-26 of the full user manual.

The setup would have been easier if there was helpful instructions. The fact that I was setting up a home theater system made the problem worse. But the TV is fantastic

more detailed set up instructions would have been helpful. we are using a home theater system. use of the remote is confusing, but we have been able to figure it out. good picture quality.
