Amazing Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't believe the picture quality, so amazing. It also has been a reduction in my electrics bill. I replaced an old plasma TV and I'm so glad that I did best purchase I've ever made. Will definitely come back to purchase my next TV.

Am still in the learning phase about the many features this TV offers! The picture is clear and colors are vibrant. I appreciated having a virtual assistant within the TV unit. Samsung has a helpdesk number and the gentleman at the other end of the phone was patient and extremely helpful answering my question.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The TV reception is wonderful. The legs are very cheap at the TV has to be secured or at wobbles. The remote is so tiny. It's so hard to figure it out, especially with you have big hands. The volume is not the best. We have to have it up on 100% on watching movies.

Thank you for your review of the Samsung CU7000D. Please know that the TV stand was solidly designed and extensively tested for stability.
Please be sure that your TV's legs are on correctly "R" on the right. "L" on the left. The legs will slant outwards towards the edges of the TV. When the legs are inserted into the correct holes in the proper direction, you will hear a "click" when they are inserted all the way.
If you are experiencing issues with low volume, there are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode

Picture was good, but that was about it

Picture was excellent and plenty of apps to choose fromso thought this would be the perfect set for the bedroom. Unfortunately, very poor quality low featured remote is included. Easy enough, as we have other Samsung sets in the house. That did not help with the slow responding and clunky menu system or the very bad sound quality. Ended up returning.

Ok picture quality, not so great sound

Not great not bad tv, middle ground quality all around. Little slow as well using the home menu. Quality aligns with price.

Great Picture

The TV itself is great. Picture and colors are very good. The remote is the problem. Would prefer a remote that has numbers & letters (like our other Samsung tvs) on it to easily enter user & password information.

Great except sound quality

Great picture quality. Easy remote to use, very easy set up. Only downside is the speakers are lacking bad. You will definitely need a sound bar or to hook it up to a entertainment center.
