Picture quality is awesome and the volume is excellent, do not need to add additional speakers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 75" is the perfect size for my living room. Refresh rate in gaming mode is decent. Screen mirroring and bluetooth make connecting mac or phone a breeze. Small issue connecting samsung soundbar through bluetooth, it would randomly loose connection to tv and no sound, but was able to resolve this by connecting to arc hdmi. Tv sound is not the best would recommend sound bar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Samsung TV. I like that it turns on quickly in the picture is crystal clear. I love the ability to airplay my iPhone screen onto the TV without needing an Apple TV or anything like that one of my other favorite, smart TV. Features is the ability to stream music on my phone and just beam it right to the TV. I believe that is great, I also enjoy all of the smart features because on my old TV I had to have cable but with this TV I just use the built-in apps and now I just don’t even pay for cable anymore. I just pay for some of the streaming services it’s much better and cheaper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart television is suitable for all my needs… I have had it for over 6 months now and I have no issue with it… It’s large enough for my living room space and I use it for gaming on my PS4 console. The volume is loud, the video quality is good for Netflix and other streaming platforms and it’s peak brightness is suitable for watching during the daytime. This is an affordable Samsung Television that I would recommend for anyone.
Overall great Tv i ever had. Sound is great also vision is dolby vision is great. Pictures quality is way more unexpected then i thought. Allover it’s great product to buy. I really like this Tv.

Hi there,
I'm very sorry that you are experiencing issues with your CU7000 TV Software. Please know we are here to help.
First, let's try to run a cold boot on your TV. Hold down the power button on your TV remote until the TV shuts off and turns back on again.
Then go to Settings> Support> Software Update. If you still cannot update your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.
