Great TV - Extremely Happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent picture quality and very easy to set-up. The price point was more than reasonable for all the tech and features included. This TV is as sharp as my eyes need and it has a processor that gets Pluto, Hulu, you Tube TV, Tubi, Fox Nation, HBO Max, and a whole hose of others. Easy set up, good remote and lightweight.

Paramount app doesn’t work.

Hi Jason,

To help resolve the issue with the Paramount Plus App, I recommend running a cold reboot on your TV. There are two ways to do this:

1) Using the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
2) Using the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

Next, I recommend ensuring the Paramount Plus app is up to date by going to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the Paramount Plus app and select "Update," if available. If the issue persists or if there is no Update available, we will try deleting and reinstalling the Paramount Plus app. To do so, navigate to “Apps” on your Smart TV and select “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the app. Finally, select Delete, and select Delete again to confirm.

Then we will reinstall the app by returning to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Click on “Paramount Plus” and then select “Reinstall.”

Also, please ensure you are running the latest Firmware update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

Great upgrade for a TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the TV for streaming movies, gaming, and watching the preset channels (which was a nice incentive). I bought the TV in March of 2023 and use it every day. The picture clarity is nice, the controls are user friendly, setup was easy, and I enjoy the TV.
For the price I spent, I wish I bought more (1 for each room).

We first purchased an LG model (wife wanted it) we were unable to connect to our Samsung Sound bar. Returned that TV and got this Samsung, what a difference! Easy to connect and navigate, user friendly! The picture blows away the LG`s! Just a much, much better TV! And the price was unbelievable!

We just built a house and bought 5 new TVs - but THIS TV is the easiest to set up. 10 minutes to unbox it, setup, power and set up your favorite apps. Easy-peasy. Picture is beautiful, no glare, remote is easy. I love it.
