Excellent tv with bright vibrant color and easy app setup. Remote is easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a recent widow, I have never needed to install, connect, or setup devices but I can say with certainty that anyone can easily set this one up! The app made it so easy to connect wireless and wired devices as well as the tv itself. Highly recommended from that perspective. Only con I can say after 4 months is the tv volume could use some boosting.

1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode

I love the built in apps and how easy it is to add

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The apps and adding apps is extremely easy. It was easy to hook up to sound system as well. The only issue I have had is my dog chewing up the remote but that isn't SAMSUNG's fault. I seriously love this TV and the quality for an affordable price.

But I think that may be a personal issue as I found the remote and TV menu navigation to work well. Quality is very good for the price and I highly recommend getting this TV

We love the clarity of the picture and ease of use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are older folks, so we stay pretty much with the basics. I love that I can mirror my I Pad with it, when on zoom meetings. We like all the different apps there are to choose from and the ease of using them.
With the 65 inch, the captions and menu are easy to read. The sound has good quality as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really helps viewing experience when you have a 85 in. Almost like being in a theatre which is great since I prefer movies at home now. Haven’t tried the ps5 on it but I assume it’s good because I got this one purposefully because I love my 65 inch same model. Picture quality could be slightly better for the price.. but I’ll blame it on my fire stick HD for now..
