Best stand ever!

I've been looking for a stand like this for several summers and was so glad to find this one. I was a little reluctant since it is made of concrete, but decided to give it a try. I live near water, in a very windy area, and I've tried so many stands that just didn't measure up. I've had umbrellas blow over and fly into the neighbor's yard many times, but I just couldn't find a stand that worked. This one is perfect! We just had a storm this week with 25 mph winds, gusts up to 40 mph, and neither my umbrella (which is large), nor the stand, budged an inch! It was amazing. I will be buying a second one as soon as they are back in stock. I should also mention that the packaging was fantastic and the delivery was fast, just a few days after placing my order. FedEx delivered the box, which was actually the product inside its own box, placed inside a second box, with lots of insulation around it, then securely banded and taped. Awesome! Well worth the extra cost. Can't wait to get another one!

This stand is fantastic! The plus of wheels makes it easy to move an incredibly heavy stand around the patio! My 2” diameter umbrella fits perfectly!

The base arrived sooner than

The base arrived sooner than we thought it would, was easy to put together and works perfectly. One question though. It included four ring nuts that were apparently meant for the four wheel casters. There was no place for them to be used, and they were not referred to in the directions. Can you explain this? are we damaging our product by not using them?
