This thing was super heavy. Weight every 80 pounds of it. Our area is windy and can get up to 25-30 miles per hour winds so we needed a heavy duty stand. This is certainly it. Only gripe we have is the wheels. They are a set too inside the base that it makes it difficult to lock the wheels down.

Well made, locking wheels keep it stationary even in higher winds. Base pole not too tall. Tried 3 other brands this one the best.

This umbrella stand on wheels is far superior to the light weight stand that I also ordered. The light weight one looked good but spent most of the time on the ground from the wind and about the sixth time it broke the great solar lit umbrella that it was used as its’ stand. No question... the stand on wheels’ is heavy and about $30 more but its’ well worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was suggested for the umbrella I purchased. Its heavy, but 100 lbs was suggested for the umbrella i purchased. . So far, it fell down only once during a wind gust.. I will have to use sandbags for the additional weight I need in higher winds.

Our umbrellas were always getting blown over, plus they were hard to move around. This solves both problems! So heavy the wind can't blow it over, yet easy to move because of the wheels. I bought 2 and wish I had bought 2 more. Now they're sold out! I'm crying...
