Want great thumping bass out of this thing? Here's what you do. On the Smart Things app, select this device, then go to Channel Levels and turn DOWN to about -5 BOTH, the 'Center' and 'Front Top' channels. Now crank your volume. You're welcome! Bonus Info: if you want great music, Bluetooth direct to this device from your source device, like your phone, but again in the Smart Things app, choose within Sound Mode 'DTS Virtual: X'. Stand back and be amazed....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife are movie fanatics. We want to keep the volume low but still get quality sound. That is hard to do with just the TV speakers. We did a lot of research and found the Samsung S-series bar to be what we were looking for. Great sound quality where you can hear every word, even whispers at any volume. But in those movies where there are car crashes or explosions you can feel the vibrations and feel like you are actually there. I am very pleased with my Samsung sound bar. It has brought a whole new enjoyment to our movie watching experience.
