Poor sound

The sound is not so great. I tried all modes nothing seems to change

To take full advantage of your new soundbar, download the SmartThings App to your smart device. This will allow you to control your soundbar as you would with the provided remote, but with the added advantage of seeing what changes you make on your device.
To optimize your audio experience, please try the various sound modes this model offers. Press the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then select your desired sound effect: ADAPTIVE SOUND, DTS VIRTUAL:X, MUSIC, GAME, STANDARD. When you press the SOUND MODE button it will change to the different modes in the above order.
You can further adjust TREBLE and BASS via the TONE CONTROL button.
Also, you can also add the SWA-9500S Rear Speaker Kit to create a multi-channel system for a true surround sound experience.

Perfect companion for my Neo QLED TV

My old soundbar bit the bullet so I replaced it with this ultra slim HW-S800D. I needed a slim soundbar to sit below the TV which is wall mounted a little too low and my old soundbar would partially block the lower part of the screen. This ultra slim soundbar is perfect! The sound is crystal clear, the bass is deep and powerful. While I was at it, I upgraded my TV to a QN90D. These two work in perfect "Symphony", i.e. Q-Symphony mode. Very spacial sound. I highly recommend the HW-S800D, especially when paired with a new Samsung Neo QLED TV!

Truly amazing soundbar and wonderful value

I purchased this soundbar a couple weeks ago and it's absolutely amazing!! This is one of my first soundbar purchases in awhile and the atmospheric music just seems to flow through you and the entire room!! My living room sounds like a movie theatre now! The sound is so clear, crisp, and the subwoofer is also great! You can tell a huge difference in the sound. I love this soundbar so much! It's on sale and a great value. I would absolutely recommend this soundbar to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product produces great sound. The slim size makes it barely noticeable ans the subwoofer is easily tucked away. Setup was easy. It takes some manipulation to exactly match sound and picture but overall this soundbar is very good.

A great and small form-factor soundbar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From a background perspective, I have had at least a half a dozen soundbara over the years. This model, however, is my favorite.
Visitors to my house are always perplexed about where the wonderful sound is coming from. Certainly it can't be coming from that slim soundbar, especially the bass. I have the wireless bass hidden under a nearby end table, so it's not easily seen. And since it's wireless, there are no wires giving away its location.
You can tweak its sound, which includes amplifying voices, if so desired. And don't let is small form factor deceive you, it can get quite loud.
As I said in the beginning of this review, it is easily my favorite soundbar.
