This is my favorite model of all the Asus Computers I have had to date. Easy to use and set up. I like having use of the touchscreen as well as keyboard function. I use this as my primary Computer for doing Emails and One Line Orders on a daily basis. I like to keep my Windows Computer strickle for storing my pictures and Documents.

Terrible, unpredictable touch screen with areas that aren't particularly sensitive. I find that I am using it less and less with each passing day. The design appears to be nice enough.

We certainly understand your concern regarding the issue with the touchpad. It is a smart device, if this is your first experience with this kind of touchpad, please allow some time to get use to the multi-touch function of the pad. In order to improve the touchpad responsiveness and stability, ensure the Chrome OS is up to date. Additionally, if you are accessing web applications, check if the Chromebook has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since poor and unstable internet connection will affect the responsiveness of the touchpad. Also, try updating the ASUS Smart Gesture utility and try to configure the touchpad within the application.

This Chromebook does exactly what I needed it to. The price is good and the battery life is amazing. So much better than my last device that wouldn't stay connected to the internet unless I reset the wifi adapter about 5 times in a row.
