So disappointed in weed eater

I haven't tried the blower yet, but the string weed eater was extremely disappointing. The only thing it can cut is grass, it is useless on the weeds, which is why I needed it in the first place.
Pros: Quiet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

80V of power

I was unable to find a trimmer cap for my 60V model. I decided to upgrade to the 80V model. I never encountered problems with my 60V model so i knew the 80v would be just as reliable. It took all of 5 minutes to unbox. The moment i heard the fan activate while charging the battery i was sold. I have a little under an acre. This model performed effectively and efficiently. Upon completion i still had one bar. It would’ve easily been two but i prolonged the process. I’m impressed and really like Greenworks products. Do yourself a favor, purchase this sooner than later.

does it's job, but get upgraded string

If you don't want to deal with re-spooling this is great - but get different string for it. I could NOT unravel one line since it was so tight andthe endbarely visible. I realized I ruining the line and had to cut it, defeating the purpose. Once out, there was still a piece secured and I needed help getting it off so I could re-spool; but that's just me.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful

I love my Green Works weedeater I read all reviews and will call CS before I order to get the right one. Mean while I wind my string my self which its a task to do so I thought a drop in will help me. Look for my call

Trimmer replacement spool cover

Very disappointed when I call for the part and was told it will not be available in over a month. This is the time when I need to use the equipment. I bought trimmer just over a year ago and now I can’t use it when it’s needed the most.

80V 16" cordless trimmer. STB456 2101202

We bought this 10/22
The battery on this trimmer mounts sideways. It's very heavy and hard to handle without killing your arm. have they redesigned the way the battery mounts? You have to hold the battery end because the tool wants to flip to the heavy side. I see the new ones are STB460. Are these better?
Pros: Environmentally Safe, Powerful

Light weight and easier to use, it has a variable speed trigger for power on demand, 14/16-inch cut path, .080 line diameter bump feed and die cast gearbox for durability. Designed for durability and heavy duty jobs equivalent to 26cc gas engine .

Blower is great! Battery failed after 4 months!

I love the performance of the blower but the battery Failed after a few months. Now I’m forced to buy another very expensive battery or a new blower. Disappointed as I have other battery powered products and never had this issue.
Rated a 1 star as I can’t use this anymore!

Really hard to restring
