Safety Trigger Failure

I bought this last spring because I have several other greenworks products that do a great job. Unfortunately this 13 inch trimmer has an issue with the safety trigger mechanism. I have had to depress the safety just right for some time and often times had to cycle the battery in and out to get it work. It has quit intermittently over the last couple of months. This weekend it finally quit working. Very disappointing.

The best weed eater I have ever used!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My buddy let me borrow his when my weed eater quit and I was skeptical at first but the power behind this thing is insane. It just feels good in your hand weight, comfortable to hold, and the cut is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Battery lasted one time, now have to charge every 20 minutes? Why does to say it last hours? Also the blower is finicky, it goes on when I mess with it , never the first try, something up with that. So far not as it says.Bummed!
