[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great weed eater and hedge trimmer attachment! Easy to use with plenty of power! I had one before I used for about 8 years. That’s why I purchased another Greenworks product! Great quality! I use it for my house and 2rental properties!

Great product when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 16” wire trimmer in 2023. My thought was I’d switch to electric since there’s less maintenance and moving parts so the life should be longer than my gas powered one. I was wrong, I only got two summers of use plus this season I’ve used it three times and now the electric motor has seized up. Very disappointing, US product and with light use in a very small yard it didn’t last very long at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Powerful but string constantly cut off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No matter what quality of string I buy it always cuts off. I’m thinking maybe the voltage might be too high for a string trimmer. They need to invent a steel blade attachment

Easy set up, great power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I let my back yard get too tall during a rainy period. Had some weeds get super tall. This trimmer reduce the unwanted plants to mulch quickly.
Fun to use. The second battery charged in about the same amount of time to use up the first one and grab a drink of water.

String trimmer great...battery failed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this trimmer as a renewed product. It includes a renewed 2.0 Ah battery. Unfortunately, when I plugged the battery into the charger to charge it for the first time, it flashed red. The renewed batter failed to charge. I have other Greenworks batteries and was able to test the string trimmer. It seems to be okay, but I will wait till I have used it several times before deciding whether it holds up.
I would recommend this to a friend!
