Great Item. Very powerful and has great attachment for a great price. I ha r the trimmer, hedge trimmer and pole saw. Plus they have even more attachments. Strongly recommend this product because it’s attachments will save you time and money.

Quit using the Pandemic as an excuse for a part that's been out of stock for over a year. You tried to cut costs by using the cheapest materials possible and the consumer (me) gets stuck with a tool that I paid good money for and is now unusable. Reading the reviews tells me I'm not alone. Will be looking at other brands. If you were a quality company you would be offering some sort of buyback for the string trimmers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had this for two years, works everytime, no need to pull and pull a cord to start, no gas, no oil just works very well. More power than gas unit

Cuts well

On the first day of use it went pretty smooth. The first time turning it on the head popped off pretty fast. Just make sure it’s tight before first use. Same thing with the string. Make sure it’s installed correctly. Other than that it works well and it’s pretty light.
