Powerful and Works Great!

I bought this combo as a gift to myself on Black Friday. Several years back, I had borrowed the blower from my neighbor, and was very impressed. So, when I saw this combo set, I decided to for for it. It came with a blower, string trimmer and battery. I love them all. The tools are powerful and the battery lasts for a couple of trimmings in my small yard. They are a bit heavy for this old grandma's hands, but doable. And just what I needed to do the job myself, instead of hiring yet another handyman. Thank you Greenworks.

Maybe the best electric trimmer built but with one fatal flaw

It's pretty well built, well balanced. However it's unusable by all but the casual ocassional use because there is a 3-4 second delay between pressing the throttle and the head spinning full speed. This is a prohibitive setup, and makes efficiency and any semblance of productivity all but impossible. If they would fix that ONE problem I would buy THREE of them. I own the 80V mower and 80V Pro Blower and love both of them.

MISSING PIECES AND LOOKS USED!!!

I was super excited to use this combo but there are pieces missing (leaf blower tube) so I can't even use the products. Everything also looks like it has been used and was repackaged and sold to me as "new". There are tire tracks (somehow?) across one of the manuals, and everything is dirty. Extremely disappointed. If Greenworks doesn't resolve this quickly, I will be returning everything and purchasing from a different company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Senior Citizen Appreciates Easier Lawn Work

I was always trying to get tangles untangled from my old trimmer. I needed a tool that lasted a long time on a battery charge and didn’t have string tangles. I waited for this tool most of my life. Thank you for saving this old man.[

Absolute Garbage

I have used my trimmer for about a season and a half and like everyone else around here the spool cover and bump knob are toast! The bigger problem is the lack of replacement parts anywhere rendering this piece of junk a useless waste of space! Now I have to go buy a gas trimmer which is what I should have done in the first place! PS, don't waste your time or money, it's not even worth the 1 star it got!!!
