Used for almost a month as I went through chemotherapy for lymphoma. My anxiety is reduced and sleeping more soundly. I was even able to nap on mega doses of Prednisone which makes me wired.

Am almost a month and 60+ treatments in... My HRV has improved by 15%, according to our VSAT testing platform. Am sleeping incredibly well... and feel my stress coming down. Highly recommend for daily use.

Works best for me with gut and mood. YMMV

The device has had a net positive impact on my health. The biggest win was fixing my gut sensitivity problems with nightshades. My life has been very stressful for a long time. My gut developed a sensitivity to nightshades, exacerbated by acute stress, that made eating them very risky. Using my Truvaga+ on stress mode daily has allowed me to eat whole heirloom tomatoes and eggplants (with skin) and not worry after. This is a huge improvement I've been trying to achieve for 8 years. Worth the price in $$ and time just for that.
The other area of improvement is with mood (using the mood button). Noticeable positive effect.
I'm expecting continued improvement with my consistent use. Sleep improvement has not been as consistently evident. I'm still working on that but seeing some signs of improvement in amount of sleep, too.
Important use note: The picture in the user guide shows placement which did not work well for me. A question to customer support revealed the importance of "snugging" the device just under the jaw bone and adjusting the verticality of the device to prevent activating the sternohyoid or the SCM (sternocleidomastoid muscle) in the neck. This made a huge difference in my successful use of the device. If you wonder about placement, check in with customer support.
Of course, YMMV.

Great tool. Hard to use for arthritic hands.

I love the idea of this tool. With my arthritic hands I felt frustrated using it. Please make an hands free version.
Also a gel rather than a watery solution would have been more convenient.
