Compact tool for better sleep!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty cool tool to help collect yourself or get some better sleep. The sessions are short and have shown some effectiveness. The truvaga is nice and small easy to store in a purse for travel. We will see how effective it is in the long run, for now havent seen too much change.

I'm incredibly grateful to have received this device because I sometimes have to deal with a lot of stress and insomnia. This device helps balance the nervous system, making you feel more relaxed. It can be used both day and night with 2-minute sessions. You download the app and follow the instructions. You place it on your neck for 2 minutes, and you feel small pulses depending on the intensity setting you choose. Before using it, you hydrate the area with the included spray. It comes in a complete kit with the device, charger, and spray. It's rechargeable, and there's no limit to the number of sessions. Thank you, I loved receiving this product!

Amazing

Totally reset my nervous system. I can now take a few deep breaths and feel calm. I had some dizziness for a couple weeks. That went away by 3. 5 weeks. I will continue to use it. I have also had my daughter use it and it has really helped her nervous system (much more regulated, happier, calmer).

I have struggled with poor digestion, nervous system issues, as well as many other health symptoms for the past 10 years. Even with treatments, supplements, exercises, and restricted diet routine, nothing was working. I have been using this device for less than a month and all my symptoms are resolving!! I can now eat and easily digest most foods, sleeping without waking, mood has improved, hormones and adrenals rebalancing, brain fog has lifted, energy has returned - all because I am now operating from my sympathetic nervous system! What a difference!!! This device is so simple to use and the effects are compounding!

I started using Truvaga being skeptical but decided I have nothing to lose. Quite glad I did give it a try! Sleep and mood improved tremendously. I can tell a difference in sleep when I skip my routine.

Improved sleep quality, calmer

I have mild POTS and have been using this for about two months. My doctor had recommended Gammacore, which is prescription and has an extremely expensive subscription. This is made by the same company, has the same technology, but is a one time cost.
I can't evaluate it's effectivess for POTS, but I believe it's made me feel calmer, and I think it's improving the quality of my sleep, by reducing extended wake ups.
I use it for a double session in the morning, and for a double session at night.

Great Augmentation to breathing

I had been practicing breathing exercises with a small improvement in my symptoms. Once I started using this 2 x daily I noticed decreased racing heart within 48 hours. My symptoms have improved steadily since then. It is a significant investment up front. The refills on the skin spray are quite pricey. I wonder if this could make it difficult for some people to keep using it.
