This device has truly been life changing. I use it multiple times a day and helps regulate my body and mind in every way. Anyone that suffers from disautonomia would definitely benefit from Truvaga.

Helping to reduce stress

I can feel the positive change back to my less stressed self. Since I've been using my Truvaga I've been in stressful situations that would normally send me over they edge, but with my daily uses of my Truvaga, I've been able to easily maintain my cool and gracefully navigate these situations again! Whew, my Truvaga has been a return to normal game changer!

I was kind of skeptical this would do much since it's hard to find much literature on non invasive vagus nerve stimulation. But, since you can return it if you don't like it I decided to give it a try. I use it once in morning and once at night and feel like it helps me sleep better. Hard to describe the feeling it creates but you can feel a slight lasting impact after each session. Not sure what the science is but I'm happy it works for me.

I've been using Truvaga Plus for over a month and have found over that time my sleeping quality and length has improved. Additionally, my mental performance seems to have improved along with my mood. I've been using this 2-4 times a day and love this product for the benefits I've seen.

I have been using it daily; however, I have not noticed any difference. I try to use it twice a day for sleep and stress. Will be returning it as it is too expensive for the imperceptible benefits. I do think this is a great tool for those that feel it.

A life saver!!!

This product has been a game changer for my family's health. Three of us have MCAS, which leaves us with debilitating symptoms daily. Truvaga has improved our symptoms significantly, even instantly upon using. It has helped improved all of our anxiety as well. It's also helpful for sleep, we don't struggle with insomnia so I can't really comment on that. I highly recommend the pro to everyone struggling with any of these problems. It's worth its weight in gold!
