I use it in the morning and evening, and sometimes in the afternoon if I am feeling overwhelmed. I can feel the difference in the setting, the way it feels and the effects after.

Nervous system reset

This product has completely reset my nervous system. My body was stuck inside or fly, and my breathing was shallow. I am sleeping so much better and I have an overall sense of feeling calm and balanced would definitely recommend.

I knew many people who had success with this device in many areas ranging from headaches, to sleep, to stress relief. I personally bought it to help out with sleep. What I found? It was a good stress reliever, and I felt a difference. using it a few times a day and noticed things didn't bother me as much. Well, it may have
helped my sleep a little. The one thing I definitely noticed when it comes to waking up in the middle of the night. I would use it along w wim hoff breathing exercises and be able to go back to sleep. Whereas before it didn't have
much luck falling back asleep once I was
awake at two or three in the morning. The fact that the military is testing similar unit to use with its elite forces and drone pilots to help with their reaction time is a bonus.

I just got this so I'm still learning how to use it and what the results will be. But I do feel that it's helping me sleep better and so far I feel that my stress is less.
