I originally purchased this device to help manage pain from a motorcycle collision with a deer, unfortunately it didn't do much of anything. As far as helping with stress? Maybe somewhat but it's incredible for sleep. I'm lucky to get six hours of sleep a night so a device that improves my sleep is well worth it and it does a good job for me in that department.

Calm and clear

I am experiencing calmness and clarity after using Truvaga for 3 weeks. Also I note that on my Oura ring there is improved HRV, less daytime stress and improve readiness scores. I highly recommend!

Effective treatment for anxiety

This works. I have been using my Truvaga twice a day for a month now and have felt noticeably calmer, centered, and less anxious since the first session. Haven't needed to take any prescribed anxiety medication since starting. So relieved to have found this. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

Love this vagus nerve device! Works really we to manage stress. Love that it takes only two minutes for each session. I do one session in the morning when I wake up and one session before bed. Battery life is excellent. Bluetooth connectivity can sometimes be a challenge. My daughter bought one recently and I've been telling anyone who will listen how great Truvaga is! My doctor was the one who introduced me to the device. Been using the device for about three months and my wife of 25 years wishes we'd found it 25 years ago :blush:.

Wish the log-in was simpler

I'm happy with the device itself. Signing on with the app is a somewhat cumbersome process, getting the timing down of turning on the device, spraying on the gel and putting in my passcode is not a very relaxing experience for something that is supposed to get me relaxed. Hopefully this will change.

I'm fine that I don't wanna use the device because I have to to get up and find my phone. It's necessary to have the app in order to make the thing work. I don't like that.

Helps Long Covid

I bought this for my brother, who went to the Long Covid Clinic at Mayo Clinic. They recommended many potential therapies, including this. I bought it for him at a time when his long covid symptoms were particularly bad. He had been suffering for over 18 months and trying everything. Nothing really helped, except this. The Truvaga Plus made a huge difference. He is doing so much better now. I know that long covid is different for everyone and therapies that work for some don't work for others, but this has been very highly effective in my brother's case. A life changer. Cannot recommend it more highly.
