Truvaga for migraine headaches

Initially I was sceptical about this device. My neurologist recommended I try it. I have suffered from migraine /tension headaches for 15 years now and nothing seemed to work. I have tried all the medicines you can think of but the headaches would just come like clockwork on a daily basis. I was getting to the end of my tether nothing seemed to work effectively. When I first tried it. It didn't do anything. It wasn't until I was three and a half weeks in on using the device consistently twice a day. When the magic started to begin. I would be able to go a day without a headache which is huge for me. And then two days three days. So far they keep on reducing. And the pain I always suffered in my neck and shoulders has reduced dramatically. It has changed my life. Thank you. The only thing I was frustrated by was it did take a while to kick in and start working and I have difficulty getting it on the right location The training I did was super helpful because they actually walk you through the correct placement. I highly recommend this product for anyone who has migraines and have been resistant to medical treatment so far. This is a total game changer.

Most excellent self-care device ever! No more neck or back pain

I have used the Truvaga + device faithfully every day, twice, and sometimes more if feeling stressed. I no longer have tight knots in the back of my neck, nor low back pain that stubbornly disrupted my daily life. I like how I get immediate feedback that I'm in the right location for stimulating the vagus nerve, when I feel the gentle lip pull, and vibrations in my neck near the windpipe. It only takes two minutes, twice a day, which makes it relatively easy to find the time to do it daily. Feeling immediately less stressed, and more relaxed is a great feeling, and motivating to get it done. I'm SO glad I invested in my health, and it's a great value to help rehabilitate my autonomic system. Worth every penny!
