Incredible portable, discrete device that helps my

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. I am thoroughly impressed at the small Truvaga vagus nerve stimulator! I have been struggling with anxiety where my body is always in “fight or flight” mode, which makes sleeping at night a challenge. When I received this device I didn’t have much hope for it to be honest. But whoa, I was socked in a pleasant way. To start, you do need the app to control the device and to increase or decrease stimulation setting. On 3 is where I started to feel it so I’ve been there for awhile as it’s effective. I’m sure going higher could give me more relief but I’m happy with my current setting. You ca also keep track of your usage and report back to the app after each session whether it was effective or not. You can also pair it with your health app on iPhone. The device is super easy to hold and use. The signa spray helps provide low frequency stimulation to the vagus nerve with the device. Again very easy to use, no mess either. The device for me takes about 2 minutes, twice a day. There is NO noise whatsoever, therefore it makes it so calming to use because there is no noise. This is how I’ve been much more relaxed at night before bed and throughout the day. What I really love is how eat it is to recharge it, and take it on the go. Now if I get into a situation where my anxiety is high, I can take 2 minutes to have a session to help relax me. The sensation is not painful in any way either, it’s a light buzzy feeling. Again higher up may be stronger but level 3 is great for me. It’s non evasive and it’s simple to use. I am forever grateful to have this tool to take with me to help me through my anxiety. The world is a mess right now, but I don’t have to be anymore with my Truvaga Plus! Excellent device that is worth every penny!

True vagus nerve therapy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Truvaga was easy to setup and use. It’s recommended sessions are 2x in the morning and 2x in the evening but you can use it whenever. I used it for the sleep mode and it allowed me to relax and fall asleep almost instantly after using! The value is worth it due to all the benefits it offer for the vagus nerve therapy I can see myself using this often for stress management
