My son uses it to "destress" and he is sharing it with me for sleep. I enjoy it, he is finding it helps him, but I think he needs to use it more often.

Truvaga Plus is awesome!

Truvaga Plus is a life changer. My son have vagal nerve damage/compression and he loves this new Truvaga Plus. They both work great and we have seen vagal nerve growth improvement, but the fact that this new one is rechargeable and can keep track on the App is really nice.

Amazing for Stress! And for nausea!

This device has been greatly helping me reduce stress from teaching! It relaxes me as much as having a couple of beers. It has also improved the nausea I was feeling when eating. It helps my brain fog as well. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and this device is really improving my quality of life. It's a great wellness tool!

I really like the device. Do wish you didn't have to have your phone to use it. And I don't care for the spray. It drips all over. So, I went back to the gel. Otherwise I really like it. Give it time to work. It might take some of you a little longer to start to feel better. And you might have to start really low. Be patient. It's taken me 5 months to start to feel it really helping.
