Great TV Samsung

When I bought this Samsung neo QLED it was to replace another Samsung UHD tv that got fried by a surge in bad weather. I am amazed by the difference with this tv the other had a beautiful display but this knocks the other out of the park.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The greatest of all time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great upgrade, well worth it. The picture quality is super clear, bright, and vivid colors. I plugged in my sound bar but it would do just fine without it. It even has a smart detection mode where it can adjust the sound based on the room you decide to set it up in. I really enjoy the smart picture function that allows it to set up the highest quality picture based on what's displayed on the screen. This TV is super user friendly and easy to set up. The only downside to these tvs is the amount of apps they offer to download. I don't think there's enough options because of the Tizen software that runs the TVs. Other than that this TV is everything I've ever wanted.

Purchased my tv for Xmas. Love the big screen. Love the clearness of the pictures. Love everything about my tv except the blue lines. That seem to be oozing down from the top of the screen. I think these lines will cover the entire screen eventually.

Thank you for sharing your experience with your TV not displaying properly. You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. If any external devices are connected, check all input cable connections
2. If the issue persists, define exactly what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, fixed horizontal, or vertical lines.
3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?
4. Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Connected Devices, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?
5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test)
6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. Signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception
