Great TV

Samsung recently replaced my TV (it was having serious issues) that was 2 years old and replaced it with a newer model. Wow this new TV is absolutely amazing, it has more bells and whistles than the original TV had. I am 110% satisfied with it. The Samsung support team is premier in their ability to make the customer happy.

Best TV Ever

This is the best tv I have ever owned. My other two TV’s are Sony 4K and have great pictures but this Samsung QLED is much better. I also like how it connected with the 5.1.2 Samsung Sound Bar. Finally, I like how it comes on when entering the room ready for viewing.

This is the best of best TV Samsung build! Picture is so clear that one can feel all the events are happening right in your living room. Sound is so clear that there is no need for the sound booster. Great Price Great quality.

Great picture if you know how to adjust it!

I’ve had this tv for a couple of months and haven’t been able to get the picture adjusted and have tried everything all the online help from Samsung every YouTube video. The live picture is “ok” but video is not clear and older videos are really blurry. The picture is nowhere near as good as the 9 year old Vizio M that this one replaced perhaps I will pay a professional to come to my home and adjust the picture

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Q80D TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode ...and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments 2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments 3. Eco: Provided to save energy 4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room 5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

I bought this bad boy for the center of my man cave and I couldn't be happier. It's perfect; paired with the smart things app I control my TV, lights and soundbar on schedule. There's so much functionality such as the ambient setting and the AI custom backgrounds. It's exactly what I wanted.

I am extremely pleased with my new Samsung TV. After watching on a same sized LG model for several years before, I was totally wowed with the bright, vibrant colors of the Samsung. I'm a believer!
