I’m very sorry to hear your TV exhibited damage upon opening and setup. Unfortunately, even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of harm, a TV can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation – laid on its side or tilted – during transit, damage could have been done.
For physical damage which may have occurred during delivery, please know that you can initiate returns directly on the Samsung website under Support (upper right corner) or by scrolling to the bottom of the Samsung home page and clicking on Order Support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this smart TV a couple yrs ago and to this day it works, shows exactly like the day we bought it. The features that come with it and the things it offers and can do. We love it. Its almost exactly like having a huge cell phone all except being able to make phone calls. We will definitely be purchasing another (but a newer model) when the time comes.
