Not fun or easy to operate

It is AWFUL -- If I had realized it was "AI" operated, I never would have bought it. Video is impressive -- Audio is OK, - But a real pain to live with esp its reading the screen information. I have the User manual -- But I need a training course on how to set it up for my enjoyment. The user Control is a piece of crap !!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To assist in learning the various functions, please know you can download the Q80DD TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under Support > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. You can search for and select the Q80DD TV to download the guides you would like.
The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into your TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

Samsung TV is worth the money

TV does not perform ideally, we put it on pause then when we start back it switches to another streaming service.

Great 85" TV by Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking to upgrade our 75" to an 85" TV and had hoped to stay with a Samsung product. We have always had good experience with their TVs and use a lot of their "extra" features like smart things and enhanced sound. We found a great TV at a good price and we absolutely love it!
