no "on" light

decent monitor very fine no pun intended...
one issue is you can't tell if its on or not as there is no light that lights up when power is in it...it just comes on or not...

The screen is just the right size and the picture quality is great. It took awhile to figure out how to adjust the screen but it is OK once you find the controls.

Stunning 4K Clarity and Great Everyday Performance

I recently purchased the LG UltraFine 27" 4K UHD Monitor (27US500-W) from Best Buy, and I’m really impressed with the overall experience.
Right out of the box, setup was effortless — everything fit together easily and it worked with my system immediately. The 4K IPS display looks fantastic; text is crisp and colors are vibrant and accurate, which makes this monitor ideal for anything from productivity to movies and casual gaming. The large 27" screen gives plenty of workspace, and the viewing angles are excellent.
Performance has been smooth, and the 60Hz refresh rate with 5ms response time is more than sufficient for my day-to-day tasks. I haven’t noticed any lag or ghosting in regular use, and despite not being a high-refresh gaming monitor, it still handles light gaming surprisingly well.
Build quality feels solid, with a clean, modern design that fits nicely on my desk. The stand is stable and adjustable enough for comfortable viewing.
If I had to offer one minor note, it would be that more ergonomic tilt/swivel options would be nice, but it hasn’t been a real issue in my setup.
Overall, this is a great 4K monitor with excellent picture quality and solid performance for work, media, and general use. Highly recommended!

Working well , the resolution is good and big size to use as one of the go to screens to use regularly for detailed work. It uses more power and heats up as expected with finer resolution.

27” LG 4k monitor

Seems to be working but base does not accommodate height, viewing angle or orientation changes. I have Model 27US500. The model which accommodates all the missing adjustments is 27US550 and costs slightly more. When purchasing I was not made aware of this and now feel stuck with this lame duck version.

Excellent work monitor

I've been using this monitor exclusively for work purposes. So, a lot of document review and writing and drawing and model reviews. It's been excellent. A huge step up over my last monitor. Eye strain is gone.
