Nice esthetics. Does not work.

The fan does not cool really just moved hot air. And I was unable to connect to the app. Nice idea and design. Poor execution.

not a real heater

Very disappointed in my hot+cool, i got it as a heater but have found that it’s useless as an actual heater because it has a safety feature that forces it to shut off after 9 hours. i need a heater that just does its job without having to babysit it. it’s basically a very expensive, over engineered piece of annoying garbage, dont buy if you need an actual heater.

Bought the fan and love that part. The heating is terrible. I am using it a 12x12 room and it does not make the room warm at all. Very disappointed.

Great Fan — Wish there was a few more features!

I bought this fan/heater a month ago and I have loved it since unboxing. It keeps my room cool and warm when I need it to. I also love the companion app that allows me to control it using my phone. I do wish however, I was able to set a timer say 1 hour for the heat to turn on and then after than one hour ends, the cool air would switch back on. Or have a set schedule when I want the heat to turn on and then automatically switch back over to the cool air without the fan turning off or requiring any user input.
I purchased three Dyson heater/air puifier units. All three have exceeded my expectations. I am able to heat my entire home (1,700 square feet) and was able to shut off the natural gas company 100%! I have solar so I am saving money in the long-run!

The air quality that the unit reports does not seem to align with data I collect from other air quality monitors that agree with each other. It may be a very expensive fan, if it is not able to measure air quality correctly.

I returned this shortly after I bought it. Though it seemed to improve the air quality, it failed completely at cooling.
