Extremely low blowing power, even on level 10. Brand new! Returned for replacement. It has been 10 days, and still no word on when the replacement will be shipped.

Improve temperature control

The fan is quieter than most at the top setting (still a bit noisy) and the night setting is extremely quiet. However, the temperature setting only controls the heater and does not actually control heating/cooling. So when the cooling fan is on, you have to manually turn it up or down depending on the temperature you want in the room.
Makes a hissing noise after only months of use. Filters have been changed and item has been cleaned thoroughly and the problem persists.

Disappointed! First Dyson product to let me down. Paid more for the HP07 for the app connection. Immediately fails to pairing. WiFi is on, tried all three methods. I have other Dyson fans connect without issue. Faulty from the factory no return and I guess warranty is no value. I will pay to repair. Support cannot help. Just e-waste.

Worst than HP02

My HP02 works better than the HP07. The HP07 takes forever to warm up a room whereas my HP02 only takes 10 mins tops. I’m very disappointed and only bought this because the HP02 is sold out. I’ve had the HP07 on for hours and it doesn’t go above 71 degrees

Hello, this is Kelly with Dyson. Thank you for this review. It's not normal to hear that your Purifier Hot+Cool™ HP07 won't heat your room, beyond 71 degrees. If the room temperature is already at 71 degrees, you'd need to select a higher temperature than the current room temperature, in order for the unit to produce heat. If your machine is malfunctioning, we'd definitely want to run through some diagnostic troubleshooting with you, to help make sure your unit is working as it should. This really works

I have this in my master bedroom. I have 2 German Shepherd dogs. This is amazing with the better air quality AKA no dog odor! I’m planning to buy another one for my living room.
I have used many purifiers over the years. This one is by far the best. When the heating feature is needed, I don't worry about it. In a word this machine is impressive. Unfortunately I did need to use customer support and that was even more impressive.
