We liked this purifier so much, we decided to buy a second one. In the winter we use it to heat the room we are sitting in so we don't have to heat the entire house. At other times we just keep it running to help remove dust and dander from the air.

I love how clean the air is. I don't love that the control has a problem with contact, sometimes I have to press many times, maybe is a defective one... I don't like it that in order to put the heater on you have to use the control and not the app as it is limiting. I wished there was in the app an explanation of the things that it cleans as it presents many screens but not much info.

Bought it, set the temperature, and forgot it was there. Quiet fan that keeps my room warm with fresh air. It’s expensive, but ignoring the price it does exactly what I need and does it well.

Great heater/fan but the app is basically pointless in the US due to US regulations that mean you can’t set the schedule etc (and was the main reason I bought this model over the one that has no internet connection). So it’s better to get the cheaper version in the USA (I’ve used them in other countries just fine and at no point in the buying process was made aware of this.

This is the best air purifier I have ever owned. It is so feature rich and easy to use. Can flip my office from warm to cool in no time at all. Relatively low noise, its vertical footprint allows it to be a bit smaller in other dimensions. I love the connectivity and the app functions. Can use your phone to adjust how and where the fan is pointing. Yes you can even reverse the air flow. Just a really neat product, my only gripe is that you cannot control the heat from your phone. I would love if you guys could get the regulations cleared on that so that I could just not even use this remote that it comes with at all. Nothing wrong with it, you just did a phenomenal job with this app so I feel it is a bit unnecessary. It still receives a full 5/5 from me because again, high functioning and feature rich will always trump a minor inconvenience. Well done, next on my list is getting one of the ones with a humidifier functionality! Thanks again Dyson, keep up the awesome work!
