Noisy, but it works

I bought this three weeks ago for my master bedroom, which does not have heat. When on cool setting, it functions pretty much like the TP04, which I have in my living room. It hasn’t been cold enough yet to rate the heating effectiveness, but the heating seems to be better than other space heaters. The air purifier function seems to be excellent, and the app that comes with it provides great information on what it is sensing. However, no matter what the setting, this model has a constant low-pitched whirring sound, even when the fan is not on. This is in contrast to the TP04 that is completely silent except when the fan is on a high setting. So this is not a good choice for a bedroom unless you are not bothered by constant low-level noise that is not the same as “white” noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well worth the extra cost

I purchased this just over a month ago. Love it. Have had plenty of cheaper knockoff versions, but nothing is as good as the original.

I needed a new purifier and really loved the idea of an added heater ! It was a little difficult to pay the price in the tag but I did it and I don’t regret it !!

This Dyson is so convenient. Only need one unit. I don't even use my AC anymore in the summer. The heating system keeps the room at a steady temperature. Love the timer too.

What a great product. I unboxed it, plugged it in, set it on Auto at 72 degrees, and I haven’t touched it since. I have it in my office and it quietly keeps it nice and warm. The office smells better as well.

We have named him Cogsworth. The app is excellent and connects in seconds. You can control all features on the app that are on the remote but heat ( for safety reasons). You can even pick which 45°,90°, or 180° slice he will spin out of 360° on the app. The information displayed on the screen about your air quality and specifically what he’s getting out of the air is exceptionally detailed and even more so on the app. I can smell him clearing perfume or Febreze, which was sprayed much quicker than if he wasn’t in the room, and it was left to dissipate. I can even see him identify the type of particulate on the display when it’s sprayed. Overall, it's a great machine, five stars. I would definitely recommend it, but get one on sale.
