Where have you been all my life?!?!

I spend a lot of time in our primary bedroom and I have a stuffy and runny nose. and each time I leave the primary bedroom everything clears up. This has been going on for years and my ENT prescribed two nasal sprays. My husband purchased the Dyson - Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool™ HP07 and after one day of using it I noticed a big difference. We have had it for approximately 6 weeks now and I can’t imagine not having it. Love it!

I absolutely love this fan/heater! It works well, we've had no issues, and customer service from Dyson has been exceptional. We have had several dyson vacuums in the past and this is our first fan. Based on our experience with this fan we will continue to buy Dyson products in the future! Love the quality

I really debated on buying this because it’s so expensive. I read all the reviews and despite some negatives ones I decided to try it out. I’m really happy I did. This thing got me through the San Diego heat wave (no AC) and last winter I used it almost every morning. I love that it is 2 in 1 because I have a small apartment and the design is nice. I’ve had it for a year and I haven’t needed to replace the filter yet (it came with an extra). Five stars!!

United States Users Should Know This

If you're in the United States, you won't be able to control the heating feature of this unit via the phone App. Not Dyson's fault, it a U.S. law they must abide by (Safety Standard UL 1287). Dyson should however make it clear that U.S. users can't control the heating feature from the App. Users can turn off heat in the app, but they can't turn it on or control the set temp from the App. The App does depict when the heat feature is turned on. Dyson website images show an App screen with a temperature control, right next to fan speed control, but U.S. users will not see that control in their App.
The unit and App function well beyond that pain point. It's slightly noisier that expected and when in heat mode, the fan will never turn completely off, running at a very low speed once set temp is reached. Presumably this is to continually sample the air temp in order to turn back on once more heat is necessary. It would be a nice option if, when the heat cycled off, the unit switched into plain air scrubbing mode instead of shutting all airflow and oscillation down until the temp drops enough to turn on the heat again.
Overall build quality is very good and worth the price. Setup and connecting to your home's WiFi is very easy. And the App functionality and reliability are excellent. As smart home products go, Dyson products are one of the best.
But if you wanted to schedule the unit to turn on the the AM to heat up a cold room before you woke up, that's not possible with this unit if you're in the United States.

I got it a couple months ago and I love it! I got it in black, and I thought the nickel would be a bit darker but it still looks good. The heat function is a bit weird where when it turns on at first it doesn’t respond to adjusting the fan controls. I’m thinking it’s user error for now

Thus far, I am very happy with the design, function, and technology, of my Dyson Purifier Hot and Cool device. I really love how quite it is and that you can get heat and air from both sides of the device. I will be using this device for my small yoga business.
