Second Time Buyer

This HPO7 model is my favorite air purifier from Dyson so far. I upgraded from a HPO2 and am very happy I did. I have had it for almost 3 weeks and there have been no issues lately (only in the first 24 hours I had problems connecting to Wi-Fi but was able to resolve it). I haven’t used the heating function yet but would expect it to work the same as the fan.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice but does not cool as wxpected

I love my air purifier, the heating element is fantastic for a cold guest room. The only thing I thought was just a little misleading this unit does not cool the room down as expected. It just blows the warm air around in the room. Nevertheless I would order a second one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Our Purifiers & fans do not have Freon, so they are not an air conditioner, but it does work better than standard fans. Dyson fans use Air Multiplier technology to create a powerful stream of uninterrupted airflow. Air is accelerated through an annular aperture, creating a high-velocity jet of air. This passes over an air foil-shaped ramp, channeling its direction and creating areas of low pressure behind and around the fan. The change in pressure forces surrounding air to be drawn into the airflow, resulting in a powerful stream of smooth cooling air.

Great air filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great after a few days the WiFi function started failing. The system also turns off by itself. For the price I expected better. This is my second unit
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just amazing

I’ve never had something that was a heating unit and fan in one! I love that when it’s on a heating setting, it blows whatever temperature you set it to, not just blasting hot air. It’s very easy to use & read the settings too

Perfect for people with allergies!

I’ve only had this unit for 2 days but the change in my allergies has done a 180. This unit is perfect especially for those that want a cool fan breeze all night long. I honestly haven’t breathed this well in years and the quality and accessibility of this product is second to none. What an amazing difference this has made to my quality of life, really.

Love this unit!!

I’ve had it about a month and have no issues. I love that you can choose how far it rotates, 0-350 degrees. I can control it from the other room if I forget to turn it down or off for the night. I’m in AZ and this has made a huge difference in cooling my home. Highly recommend

I bought this and it was amazing the first 2 months. Then it started sqeeking at low speeds. The blower is not as strong anymore. I took filter off and still have to set to 10 for fan. Like it lost power or something. Thinking about sending back for servicing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only had it for a few weeks

So far this unit is working as I expected.
I am disappointed that you cannot remotely manage the heat settings.
I get it but it should have been mentioned prior to my purchase.
I have this unit sitting in the middle of my office area and would like to start my day in a warm room. Now I have to go into the cold room. Turn it on and wait for the room to warm.
Like I said. I get it but would like to have control over that function.
Maybe a security warning on the app would legally release DYSON from any obligation.
