Year round comfort

We’ve been using our fan for nearly a year now and it has a permanent spot in the great room regardless of-the season. It’s adjustable to every situation, performs quietly, and filters so efficiently.

Outstanding Product

Purchased the Dyson Hot + Cool Air Purifier a month ago and I’m extremely impressed with the functionality and ease of use. As of this writing, we are in the dog days of summer and I have been able to cool my den effectively. Also since my wife likes to keep the house cold enough to hang meat, I’m able to offset the chilly temperature by using the heat feature on the device and not have to walk around with a hoodie. I read some reviews before purchasing the device and some people took exception to the fact the Dyson app does not support the heat option. To be honest, it was not a deal breaker. The only criticism I have is the remote control. It may be worth it to have raised and or illuminated keys, because in subdued lighting it is diffcult to see the buttons. All in all, I’m happy with the purchase and recommend it to anyone looking for a heater + fan + air purifier in one device.

Love this unit. I smoke sometimes and it kicks on. It eliminated the smoke and smell. Wife loves it.

Horrible Quality - Not What I'd Expect From Dyson

I've had very bad luck with this product. The first unit I received came broken. It only heated from one side. Customer service was very good and it was very easy to return the broken unit and get a new one quickly shipped to me. After just a week of use, the on/off button on the device is now broken. It does do a good job heating my room, better than other room heaters I have tried, but the quality control on this product is bad I'm going to return it and move on to a different brand. I'm surprised, as I've been a loyal user of Dyson vacuums for many years, and they are rock solid reliable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It sounds like the first unit was malfunctioning from the get-go, but I was glad to hear that you were able to obtain a replacement machine so quickly. That's the type of experience we always expect for our owners to have. It's unusual to hear that the power button, however, is no longer working on your machine. I am curious to know if the remote control is still able to operate the unit, or if power has also been affected to the remote control and App controls. This thing does it all...heats, cools, purifies, and has lots of custom configurations. It's pricey, but if you can afford it, it's worth it. Or...get someone to gift you one. ;)

With this Dyson I was able to have a purifier with heater and cooler. Now instead of 2 units in the room I have only 1. YEAH
