I want to love it.

This is my first Dyson “fan” product. I’ve experienced them before in the past and expected this one to perform like those, but the fan doesn’t put out much airflow. I sleep hot and I like the noise of tower fans. I had a tower fan before this and it put out a powerful stream of air. I’d have more luck with a kitten blowing air in my face all night than the Dyson. This product has other benefits like the air purifier and heater since the air in my bedroom is staler and less temperature-regulated than the rest of the house, so I won’t be returning it, I just wish it pushed air faster. Don’t rely on this to cool you at night.

Excellent

I bought my Dyson several months ago. The major reason I purchased this one was because of my mom who is 95 years old. The heat help keeps her warm and I don’t have to turn the temperature up. The quality is excellent!!

Does a great job

Bought it for a senior who is living in an apartment with a wall heater which emits stale unfiltered air. This handles that issue by delivering filtered air, hot or cold. Easy to set up and connect to the app. Love that it can be monitored and controlled remotely to check on temperature and air quality and use of the heat. You can adjust the arc of turning side to side and many other settings. Downside is that due to some government regulation, it said you cannot control the heat remotely. Bummer. I can see how that could be a safety problem so oh well. I think DYSON should make that limitation clear in the description because it would be a deal breaker for some people. Otherwise, a top performer so far.

Great little fan

Super quiet fan that really helps to keep a consistent temp in our master bedroom. A great unanticipated side effect was that we wake up with much less nasal congestion. The set up was easy too

Great all-in-one device

This machine does everything with ease and seamless creativity, replaces other machines and adds elegance to a room. In temperate San Francisco, it's the only heat we need to ward off the chill.

Good but Shouldn’t Rely on a Remote

I purchased this because I love the TP02 so much and needed something to provide some heat when used in the basement. At first I thought this was the perfect unit. However, over time I’ve noticed the heating setting can act inconsistently and sometimes not at all. My fault I haven’t submitted a warranty ticket yet. The other issue that has come to bother me is these, including the TP02, rely on a remote. That might be okay is there were a nesting slot or holder for the remote but there isn’t. If you move the unit or misplace the remote the remote becomes another losable thing needing an AirTag.
Dyson - if you read these, consider duplicating controls on the unit or providing integral remote nesting on the unit.
