The remote control does not work. When I first turned on the device, it only blew out hot air at the top speed. After utilizing the app, I was able to control the speed, but it only blows out cold air.

It is more of an air purifier than a heater for me. Reviewing the heater is challenging when I cannot turn the heater on with the iPhone app or Siri/home kit.
I am a quadriplegic who cannot use the remote to turn on the heat functions. I understand a law in the US prevents it. The iPhone app works great in other countries. Videos from different countries make it look very accessible for people with disabilities like quadriplegia. Those videos are why I bought an HP07. There has to be something Dyson can do to help. At least let me turn the heater on over Bluetooth or wifi.

Not as cooling as we hoped but works pretty well

While the overall performance is fine, it does not get as cool as we were hoping, but it does help a bit with the extreme heat in our offices. We are excited to try the heating option when winter arrives.

There’s no cooling about this. It’s just a normal fan breeze, and you have to put it on 8-10 which is very noisy, i unable to sleep!

Not homekit compatible, for the price you pay, you might think that's the case. But overall, it's pretty good…. A a lil noisy if you crank up the speed.
