Great & Open-ended News

First was the ease to setup wireless printing from various locations within the house. Second, learning curve that the print cartridge sits in a 'carrier' that in turn slides into the printer as opposed to the print cartridge itself. Threw the carrier into the garbage having to quickly retrieve. Last, the print cartridge does not print as dark for numerous pages. Will need to count the number of printings to further assess.

Brother HL-L2350DW Printer

Not my top pick, a new printer shouldn't have black marks along the side of the pages. Works good, but not the easiest to hook up wireless manually. Works best with a cord. Our older Brother printer make the same marks on the sides of the pages and yes I'm using a Brother cartridge.

Easy to Use and set up

The printer works very well. I had the previous version for over 7 years and loved it until a windows11 update caused problems. The new 2350 is great. Turning on and off is different than the old printer, but consistent with the 3230 color printer. Functionally it is excellent and I expect a lot of years of use. It is my work horse.

Mechanical Issue

I ordered a new Brother copier after reading review in NY Times Wirecutter. I set it up and printed a few pages and then it crashed. The customer contact guy was very friendly and walked me through several possible fixes. Finally, he told me that he would sent out a new unit. All good with the replacement
